Why is this useful?
You have several types of guests, and not all of them have access to the same information. For example, you need to display information about a dinner only to your VIPs.
We offer you a feature to manage the display conditions of your website content. This option lets you control precisely who can see each block in the Content section (text, image, etc.) according to defined categories (attendees, VIPs, exhibitors...) and/or according to form fields. In this way, each visitor sees only the content intended for him or her.
How do I set it up?
To set up a display condition, go to the “Configuration” > “Edit website” menu.
Then add a block by clicking on the button | ![]() | on the site. |
Display conditions can be added to the elements below:
Once the block has been added, select the “Display condition” option.
You can then choose to display this block only for a specific category, depending on the value of a form field or sub-event registration.
An icon | ![]() | will then appear to the right of the block to indicate that a display has been set up: |
WARNING: categories, sessions and fields must be created first on vthe registration form.
