Managing the accommodation through Evenium's facility platform enables you to manage the required hotels booking for your event :
There are several steps in order to set it up :
- Setting up the registration form with the accommodation-related questions
- Creating the hotels and setting up quotas for each night
- Assign the hotels to setup up the rooming list
- Assigning the rooms (optional)
- Sending the accommodation details to the participants
Step 1 : Setting up the registration form
In Configuration - Update Registration Form :
Add the question "Activities" under Pre-defined Models
When adding the question, the window below will open, it allows you to configure the "Accommodation" question.
When you click on "Advanced", this window will open :
Your question will be displayed in this form in your registration form :
