• Name of the event: You can access the event’s back-office by clicking on the name of the event


  • Website: Private or public access to the events’ website 


Blue: Public website: available for everyone who knows the domain name. 


Grey: Private website: Available only on invitation





  • Beginning date : Date of the event


  • Status: Status of the event (Open/ Draft/ Archived/ Closed/ Canceled)


This allows us to know if the event is open, closed, in construction or canceled. It will be easier to filter events depending on their status. 


  • “Confirmed” or “Unanswered”: guests’ status


There are other columns concerning the guests’ status: “to validate”, “canceled”, and “reserved”.
