If a guest is marked as “opt-out”, it means that he or she has clicked on a link in an email to no longer receive any emails sent out from the Evenium platform.
To remove the guest from the Opt-Out list :
The participant in question must send an email to Evenium support (+33 1 47 70 90 35 / support@evenium.com) indicating that he wishes to receive the emails again.
You send an email to Evenium support (+33 1 47 70 90 35 / support@evenium.com) with this guest in copy indicating that he wishes to receive the emails again.
