If the confirmation email is sent to your guests with the summary of the registration form, guests on the waiting list will receive their confirmation as confirmed participants. 


In order to set up the registration confirmation email for the waiting list attendees on some activities you have to:


  • Select the “Confirmation auto.” email in the list of your emails


  • Remove the bloc “Registration form summary” from your email 


  • Add a text field for people on the waiting list for some activities

  • Edit your text and click on “display conditions” / “Advanced Display”


  • Add as many conditions as there are sub-events with waiting-listed guests




  • Click on “Update”

  • Add the bloc to your email

  • Select all the activities then click on “+ Advanced”

  • In the area “Filter on”: choose the filters below: 

  • Click on “update”
